To commemorate the vision of two grand old ladies Late Smt. Vidya Devi and Late Smt. Parvati Devi, mothers of our Seniors, who envisioned to open the gates to education for all and empower the future with brilliant minds. They were also instrumental in opening of Gurukul Global School, where the students are culturally rooted but grow wings to be at pace globally.
Every year to remember and rever these two stalwarts, Gurukul Global School opens its doors to unfold a Mega multidisciplinary Inter-School event where students from Class-I to XII of various Schools in the vicinity get exciting platforms to showcase their knowledge, skills and unleash their creativity to win trophies and certificates.
This year the event was organized on 12th and 13th October 2023.
Students from Seventeen Schools with close to five hundred students vied with each other to win the top positions in more than a dozen interesting competitions.
Experts from allied fields were invited as judges on the occasion.
The event was graced by the School President Mrs Neena Setya and MD Mr Parveen Setya, Dr V. D. Singh, Directors Mr Pawan Bansal, Mr Deepak Dhiman & Mr Devraj Setya. They also gave away the glittering trophies to the winning students.
Day-I saw seven Events and 157 prizes were given away. Day-II saw four events and students showed unlimited talent in each of the events.
The Overall Winners Title was bagged by the host school but the Trophy was presented to Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula; which was at second position.
