Mrs. H. Rai has been appointed as the ‘Head of Junior Wing’. She did her schooling from St. Joseph's Convent School, affiliated with Cambridge University. At school, she participated in a lot of co-curriculum activities such as debates, NCC-NSS camps, and became the house captain and also the head of the hockey team. She did her honours in English and post-graduation in Economics, after which she pursued her degree in Law. After a short stint in Vivek Preparatory school, she joined St. Johns High School. She worked as a Class Teacher, and then as a CLIP coordinator (Creative Learning Integrated Programme). She then took over administrative duties as the Junior School Coordinator. Her ability to lead and communicate helped her nurture various vital programmes i.e. Outreach Programme, Big Buddy Programme, Skill Enhancement Programme, Animal Adoption Programme and Remedial Programme. She also worked on building various Social, Cultural, Health and Environment related programmes. In her administrative tenure, she not only helped build St. Johns High School as one of the Top Schools in India, but attended numerous seminars and workshops on curriculum planning, education, child growth, and administration. She right now is spearheading the curriculum planning, child growth and skill development for Gurukul Global’s Junior Wing.
