Ms Pushpinder Behavioural Counsellor and Psychology Facilitator at Gurukul Global School addressed the teachers on a sensitive topic and gave tips on how to cultivate emotional stability.

She started with an activity when she asked the teachers to hold a glass of water at an angle of 90 degrees. As the teachers put down the glasses at different intervals, she proved that the strongest E.Q was the one who let go the god most easily and the one who held the glass the longest had the most manipulated E.Q.

In her PPT, she also talked about the difference between I.Q and E.Q. She highlighted the characteristics and Impact of E.Q.

In the end, she described the signs when someone who had weak E.Q, showed emotional distress and even thought of taking extreme steps.
