Gurukul Global School, in collaboration with Hindustan Times, recently conducted an interactive workshop for teachers on 'Developing a Pleasing Personality and Building Positivity', led by Mr. Chhatra Chhetri, Business Head at Hindustan Times. The session aimed to provide educators with practical tools for fostering a positive mindset, covering topics such as the benefits of rejuvenation, surrounding oneself with uplifting company, practicing gratitude, spending time with family, and pursuing hobbies. Mr. Chhetri emphasized the importance of a positive outlook and introduced techniques like mindset-shifting exercises, scenario reframing, visualization, and positive affirmations. The workshop featured engaging games and opinion polls, creating a vibrant and interactive environment.
