Guidance Session on Exam Stress & Anxiety

A workshop on Exam Anxiety was conducted for the students of Class 9, where they were guided on how to deal with exam-related worries and insecurity. The resource person explained the difference between stress and anxiety, discussed the common symptoms, and highlighted the main causes behind exam anxiety. Students were encouraged to understand the impact of both positive and negative thoughts on their performance. Practical tips such as practising deep breathing, taking short breaks, organising a study timetable, and engaging in light physical exercise were shared to help them stay calm and focused. The session aimed to help students overcome fear, build confidence, and approach exams with a positive and healthy mindset.
