Class VIII and IX students of Gurukul Global attend workshop on Focus and concentration. Gurukul Global students of class VIII and IX got tips to improve their focus and concentration by Dr.Gurmeet Kaur the Resource person for the day. She gave them tips like taking meditative breaks.Not taking phones while students were with their books.By making their own timetable and not asking others to make it for them.One should make their own goals and they should be short term goals and should be followed wisely. By focus and commitment one can achieve difficult goals also. She advised the students to refrain from using gadgets especially while studying and also from procrastination. Mr Rajeev Chawla thanked the Resource person for enlightening the students with her motivational tips.
