Gurukul Global School conducted an engaging and informative workshop for the students of Classes III to VIII, focusing on Interpersonal Skills, Anger Management, and Healthy Eating Habits. The sessions were led by school counsellors—Ms. Lovneet Rattan for Classes III to V and Ms. Pushpinder for Classes VI to VIII. The students were guided on how to build Positive relationships through simple practices like greeting others, active listening, sharing, helping, and showing empathy. The workshop also addressed anger as a natural emotion and equipped students with practical techniques such as deep breathing, backward counting, and walking away from stressful situations to manage it effectively. In the final segment, the importance of healthy eating was emphasized, encouraging students to avoid junk food, drink plenty of water, include green leafy vegetables in their diet, and refrain from using aluminum foil to wrap food. The session was interactive and aimed at promoting Emotional well-being and healthier lifestyle choices among the students.
