Gurukul Global Language faculty attends workshop on Story Telling an approach to teaching.
Ms Kuldeep Rehal from MacMillan education was the resource person who took an interactive session on Story telling.
It was an enlightening talk and really helpful as the resource person told ways to create stories and use them to teach different subjects.
She explained that stories should appeal to senses, they should be trustable with proper props,illustrations,with sound effects for effective use.
She also highlighted that teachers should create the extraordinary out of the ordinary day to day situations.She suggested that teachers shouldn't give away too much, or they should just give the keywords or key situations for the students to explore and create.
The amiable, smiling and simplicity of the resource person won everyone's heart and it was a very successful, learning session.
