Arush Dua and Shaurya Kashyap bagged Second Runners Up position in the Fit India Quiz organised as a part of Fit India Movement initiated by Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports.
The Fit India movement was launched by our hon'ble Prime Minister Sh.Modiji in August-2019 ,with a vision to motivate every citizen to lead a healthy life and inculcate a fitness regime as a part and parcel of their lives.
To further propagate the message of fitness among the children and to motivate them to take this mission ahead a Fit India quiz was envisioned.
In this quiz two students - Aarush Dua of class X and Shaurya Kashyap of class XII not only participated but also made the School proud when they successfully cleared the preliminary round and bagged the second runners up position in the State round .Total thirty two School teams from Chandigarh participated .
The School received the prize money of ₹ 50,000/_ and ₹ 5000 for the participants.
School Managing Director Sh.Parveen Setya and the Principal Ms Nina Pandey congratulated both the winners and applauded their efforts to bring such laurels to the School.
